Large Private Group seeking additional Urologists - Ft. Wayne, IN

Candidate Requirements
M.D. or equivalent degree
Board Certification in Urology
The ability to obtain and maintain an Indiana Medical License
The ability to obtain and maintain medical staff privileges at Urology of Indiana covered facilities
