Urology Physician sought to join group in Southern Oregon
Employment opportunity mostly outpatient.
This practice consists of 4 Urologists, a PA and an NP. Robotics surgery training or experience is highly desirable. This position will include some inpatient work as well.
Highlights of the Opportunity Include:
* Year 1 - Annual base salary of $450,000
* Year 2 - Compensation will be the higher of the annual base salary or $/wRVU based compensation plus performance incentives up to 16% of base salary
* Year 3 and beyond - $/wRVU based compensation plus performance incentives of up to 16% of base.
* $50,000 signing bonus
* $15,000 relocation assistance
* $7,000 annual CME allowance

* 30 days (240 hours) of authorized time off per year
Education: Graduate of an accredited medical school. Successful completion of residency training in an ACGME accredited Urology residency program.
