Job Description

Practice Details: * A Non-Profit Community Hospital is Southeast Missouri is seeking additional Hospitalists. * Physicians work 12 hour shifts. * The schedule is as follows: 7days on, 7 days off, 7 nights on, 7 days off, followed by 7 days of procedures (mostly Cardiac Stress Tests: 2-5 per day). * Switching occurs on Tuesdays. ICU experience is very helpful. Hospital and Group Information: * 200+ bed community hospital. * 2 Monitored rooms. * 94% of nurses are RN's Compensation Information: * A base of $180,000 plus incentives based on RVU's and full benefits. After 1st year base increased to $200K * Physicians receive $250 when on call, but not called in and $1,000 per day if they work * Additional shift work is available * 1 week of CME/ CME STIPEND of $5500/ Loan repayment up tp $200,000 Community Information: * This is a college town with 2 adjoining communities having a population of 50,000. * Located along the Mississippi River, it is just 2 hours to (Login for information). * Public school system is very good. * The community is clean, very safe and conservative.
