Job Description
135 Provider multi specialty group is looking to expand on their existing 3 hospitalist physicians growing to 5. The current schedule is 8 to 5 Monday to Friday and 1 in 5 night call and 1 in 5 weekends. They may be going to a 7 on 7 off shift model once the new physicians start. Average 12 to 15 patients per shift. Work at only one hospital. The salary is starting at $165,000, malpractice, relocation and a benefits package that includes 4 weeks vacation, 10 CME plus $5,000, retirement plan, health/dental/vision, life and disability insurance. The group is physician owned and partnership is offered after 9 months. The local population is 60,000 and the drawing area is close to 200,000. The school system is nationally ranked.
