Addiction Medicine Physician Locums Job in Indiana 

We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Addiction Medicine Physician to provide coverage at 2 of our trusted partner clinics in Lafayette and Greencastle. This is a unique opportunity for physicians who are passionate about helping individuals overcome addiction and improving the health and well-being of the community. 

Details/Requirements: 
--Coverage needed: ASAP for initial 30 days 
--Board Certification required: Addiction Medicine preferred, but FM/IM accepted  
--Patients per day: 17-21 
--Must be comfortable with working in an Addiction Medicine clinic  

Schedule: 
--Monday-Friday 
--M/T/Th: 9am-5pm
--Wednesday: 9am-8pm (day may vary)
--Friday: 9am-2pm
