This role is focused on providing high-quality medical care to patients while collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals. The Staff Physician will play a key role in patient management, documentation, and compliance with medical protocols, ensuring the best outcomes for patients. Key Responsibilities ? Provide highest standard of outpatient medical care to patients ? Take responsibility for accurate charting and documentation ? Manage cases for patients with chronic conditions ? Consult with Medical Director on diagnosis or management problems ? Arrange timely consultations with specialists ? Participate in staff meetings and contribute to clinic improvement ? Prescribe essential medicine to patients ? Facilitate audits for compliance with State and Federal regulations ? Serve as preceptor for medical students and Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant students ? Participate in daily team meetings/huddles ? Support nursing staff in implementing policies and procedures Schedule and Shift Details ? Willingness to work off hours and overtime to attend to patients. Travel ? Required to rotate between all the Health Clinics as needed.
