Administration-Management job located in Florida

A major hospital health system is seeking three Medical Directors to oversee multiple high-volume EDs across Florida. This is a top-tier leadership role for a seasoned Emergency Medicine physician with system-level administrative experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ED operations across hospitals with volumes ranging from 40K to 100K+
• Supervise multiple freestanding EDs
• Partner with Regional Medical Directors to drive clinical, operational, and financial performance
• Set strategy, develop policy, and lead physician and staff teams
• Elevate care standards and expand the book of business

Requirements:

• Board-certified in Emergency Medicine
• Extensive leadership experience across multiple ED sites
• Strong procedural, policy, and business skills

Compensation:

• $600K base salary
• Sign-on bonus with three-year commitment
