Job Title: Sales Manager – Medical Disposables (Remote)
About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the medical disposables industry (PPE) to lead, recruit, and scale our sales team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the medical supply chain, specifically dealing with products such as surgical masks, bouffant caps, shoe covers, isolation gowns, and other medical consumables. This is a 100% remote, full-time position focused on driving revenue growth through strategic leadership and data-driven management.
Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Recruitment: Recruit, onboard, and manage a high-performing remote sales team.

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to expand market share in the medical disposables sector.

Performance Tracking: Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools and monitor performance through strict KPIs (conversion rates, volume, and revenue growth).

Coaching: Provide ongoing training and mentorship to the sales force to ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded.
Requirements

Industry Expertise: 5+ years of experience in sales management specifically within Medical Disposables/PPE.

Proven Leadership: Extensive experience in recruiting and managing sales representatives.

Tech Savvy: Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and data analysis via KPIs.

Project Management: Strong organizational skills. Knowledge of PMI/PMP methodologies is a significant plus.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
