Administration-Management Academic job located in North Carolina

Regional healthcare system is recruiting an experienced employed BC Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist for their residency program director.  Applicants must have at least 3 years post residency clinical and administrative experience running a residency program.  Position is 50% clinical/50% administrative.  Highlights include:  residency program development, evaluation, coordination of all course and rotation scheduling, serving as the chairperson of residency training committee and community engagement with physicians, hospital administrators and community site coordinators.  Salary and academic rank (tenure track or fixed term) commensurate with experience and academic background.
