Details/Requirements:
--Plan of Care/Medical Chart Reviews
--Review Plan of Care/Medical Charts for effectiveness and relevancy to patient's needs
--Board Certified Family Medicine or Geriatric Medicine and active Texas medical license required (additional licenses a plus)
--8-12 hours per week, fully remote
--Medicaid and Medicare numbers required
--Start date within 30-60 days, ongoing assignment
--EMR is PracticeFusion
