Job Description

Located in Leavenworth, this Medical Director opportunity offers a rare blend of leadership, lifestyle, and stability. Join a collaborative primary care team of 6 physicians and 3 advanced practitioners in a physician-friendly organization that values provider autonomy, strong support staff, and long-term retention. Enjoy dedicated admin time, low turnover, and a true quality-of-life practice model.

  • Dedicated time for administrative duties each week
  • Outpatient only with no call requirements
  • Max expectation of 18 patients per day
  • 4-day work week
  • Options to incorporate specific interests in pain management, geriatrics, or other areas of interest

    Compensation:
  • Base salary + Medical Director hourly rate of ~$290,804.10
  • Incentive bonus guarantee of $14,000
  • Quality bonus incentive
  • Sign-on bonus of $25,000
  • Relocation assistance up to $15,000
  • Total package prior to loan repayment is ~$344,804 - Negotiable based on skills and experience
