We are seeking a physician leader who brings:

• MD or DO (board-certified required)
• Progressive leadership experience (Medical Director, VPMA, Associate CMO, or similar)
• Strong background in quality, operations, and physician alignment

• Ability to lead through change, growth, and recruitment challenges
