We are seeking a physician leader who brings:
- MD or DO (board-certified required)
- Progressive leadership experience (Medical Director, VPMA, Associate CMO, or similar)
- Strong background in quality, operations, and physician alignment

- Ability to lead through change, growth, and recruitment challenges
