Title: Medical Director or Nurse Practitioner – Aesthetic Oversight for Dental Wellness Spa (Part-Time)
Location: Suisun City, CA (Flexible/Remote Options)
About Us:
We are a progressive dental wellness spa combining cosmetic dentistry with aesthetic facial treatments. Our services include therapeutic and cosmetic Botox, dermal fillers, facials, and wellness-focused skin care in a relaxing, spa-like setting.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a California-licensed MD, DO, or board-certified Nurse Practitioner with aesthetic experience to oversee cosmetic injectable services (Botox/fillers) and treatments performed by our RNs and estheticians.
Responsibilities:

Conduct or delegate Good Faith Exams (per California law)

Oversee/administer Botox and dermal fillers

Supervise RNs for injectable and skin treatments (microneedling, PRF, peels, etc.)

Approve protocols and documentation

Provide telehealth or occasional in-person availability
Requirements:

Valid CA license (MD/DO/NP) in good standing

Experience in facial aesthetics highly preferred

Familiarity with RN supervision & good-faith exam requirements

Malpractice insurance (if treating)
Compensation:
-
Flat rate, per-chart fee, or percentage split – negotiable based on availability and involvement
