The Job: This role involves meeting all our new patients for their first evaluation, determining if they qualify for our services such as fillers, BHRT, weight loss prescriptions, and more. You must listen attentively to make patients feel understood, know the medical guidelines to ensure safety, and follow protocols to effectively address their needs. As the first medical professional our new patients meet, you will represent our company and its values. During appointments you will need to share information about our memberships, sales, and special programs, all while ensuring each patient has a positive experience and managing time efficiently.
