About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Board-Certified Allergist/Immunologist to lead the development of a new Allergy & Immunology service line within a growing, physician-led private dermatology group.

This is a unique opportunity for a physician who is entrepreneurial, collaborative, and motivated to build a program from the ground up. You will play a central role in designing clinical workflows, establishing protocols, and integrating allergy services into an already successful dermatology platform with a strong and growing patient base.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build the Allergy & Immunology service line, including clinical structure, workflows, and patient care protocols
• Evaluate and manage allergic and immunologic conditions including asthma, allergic rhinitis, food and drug allergies, urticaria, eczema, and immune deficiencies
• Establish and oversee diagnostic and treatment capabilities (skin testing, patch testing, spirometry, immunotherapy programs, and oral challenges)
• Collaborate closely with dermatology providers to create integrated care pathways, particularly for atopic and inflammatory skin conditions
• Develop referral relationships both internally and within the broader medical community
• Provide guidance on equipment selection, staffing models, and operational setup
• Participate in strategic planning and growth initiatives for the service line
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Allergy & Immunology fellowship
• Board Certified in Allergy & Immunology
• California Medical License or eligibility
• DEA license or eligibility
• Demonstrated interest or experience in program development, service line growth, or practice building strongly preferred
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative, patient-centered approach
