Anesthesiology-Cardiac Hospital Based job located in Arizona

Medical Center is in need of 2 fulltime BE/BC Cardiac Anesthesiologist locums.
- Coverage-Cath Lab and CV OR rooms. Call shifts are 24 hours with 10-12 hours per day in house, the rest of the shift is at home. 
- Full time is 4 shifts per week (M-F) and one weekend a month. 
- Weekend is home call with coming in only for cases as needed. 
- Volume is location and case specific but the hours are generally 10-12 per day.
- Hours are 7am to 5 pm. After 5, they are at home and on-call.
- FTE: 4 FTE's (equivalent of part time must equal 4)
- Duties:  Provide anesthesia coverage for Cardiovascular Services
- Required Procedures: TEE and central lines
- EMR: Cerner
Requirements: AZ license, Anesthesia Residency, and Cardiac Anesthesia Fellowship.
