Job Description
Medical Center is seeking Locum Cardiac Anesthesiologist to provide coverage
- Mon-Fri 7a-7p
- 1 weekend call per month
- Call required for 1 wk of coverage
- Types of Cases: Cardiac: CABG, Valve Replacement, aortic surgery, Advanced EP ablations, Watchman. Must be TEE Capable Gen. Surgery, Ortho, Gi, Robotics, OB (C-Sections required, epidural skills helpful but NOT Required) Radiology, Endo, Eyes, Plastics, ENT, Neuro. No Trauma
- Majority Case Type: Cardiac, General Surgery, Ortho, GI, Robotics
- Average Monthly Case: 25-30 cases requiring cardiac anesthesia with TEE examination
- Required Procedures: a-line, CVC, PAC, Regional anesthesia
- Care Team Model: 26 CRNA; 12 MD
- EMR: Epic
- Required: FL license and DEA, TEE Certification, ACLS, BLS, Board Certified, PALS
- Must have completed Cardiac Fellowship
