Cardiac Anesthesiology Locums Job in Michigan | Weekday Shifts + Weekend Call | ASAP - Ongoing | Assignment #115783

Coverage Details
-- ASAP – Ongoing
-- Two weeks per month

Shift Details
-- Weekday shifts with call required
-- Three 10-hour shifts and two 12-hour shifts each week, Monday through Friday
-- One weekend of 24-hour call required during one of the two-week stretches
-- Weekday and weekend call is unrestricted

Requirements
-- Board Certified
-- Active Michigan license
-- Minimum 3 years of experience
-- ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications

Assignment Details
-- Outpatient and inpatient practice setting
-- 12 operating rooms, 1 cystoscopy room, plus out-of-OR procedures requiring anesthesia
-- Approximately 10 heart cases per month and 4–5 TAVR procedures per month
-- Mix of general adult OR cases when cardiac cases are not scheduled
-- Supporting 1 cardiothoracic surgeon
-- Physicians perform their own cases
-- Trauma Level 3
-- 24-hour CRNA coverage as first call, including OB
-- Physicians serve as second call to in-house CRNAs for weekday and weekend call
-- Average callback approximately 2 hours per weekend
-- Occasional planned heart cases on weekends, approximately once per month
