- Being licensed in Arizona is preferred for a quick start in this employed position
- Monday through Friday schedule; 6 weeks of vacation/holiday time; flex schedule may be available
- ASC procedures (mostly GI); negotiable relocation assistance
- Must be board certified or board eligible; malpractice coverage provided
- Full benefits, including medical, life insurance, and retirement
- Approximately 30 minutes from Phoenix, Arizona
