- Flexible M-F shifts 7am - 3pm, 3pm - 11pm, and 7am - 7pm
- Weekend coverage includes 12-hour and 24-hour shifts
- 2 - 5 cases per day
- General surgery focus -- 70% of caseload
- 90% adult patients, 10% healthy pediatric cases
- Beeper call coverage required for nights and weekends
- Orientation period on day shifts before night coverage begins
- Ongoing coverage needed 1 - 4 weeks per month
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
