A Busy Community Hospital is seeking an anesthesiologist for locum tenens coverage.

The facility is located south of Sacramento, CA.

This position is for a Board-Certified Anesthesiologist with an active California license and a clean background. The schedule is Monday through Friday, typically 5x8s, though longer shifts with a mix of 8s, 10s, and 12s may be available. There is no call requirement. The case mix includes General, Colorectal, Orthopedic, Spine, Thoracic, Cardiac, Vascular, Cath Lab, IR, GI/Endo, OB/GYN, ENT, Podiatry, Plastics, and some Pediatrics, with acute pain training or experience considered a plus. The role follows a care team model, requiring supervision of residents and medical students in a clinical setting.
