Job Title: Locum Tenens Anesthesiologist
Location: Eureka, California
Compensation: $300 per hour

We are seeking a highly skilled Locum Tenens Anesthesiologist to provide temporary coverage at our healthcare facility in Eureka, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering anesthesia, monitoring patients throughout surgical procedures, and ensuring optimal pain management and patient safety. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct preoperative evaluations to develop appropriate anesthetic plans
• Administer anesthesia and monitor patient vital signs during procedures
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, including pain management
• Maintain detailed records of anesthesia and surgical procedures
• Communicate effectively with surgeons, patients, and families regarding treatment plans
• Stay current with advancements in anesthesia techniques and medications
• Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and standards related to anesthesia care 

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) and completion of an accredited anesthesiology residency
• Board certification in Anesthesiology
• Valid California medical license
• Previous locum tenens experience preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
