Gould Medical Group is looking for a BE/BC Anesthesiologist in Tracy, CA.

Gould Medical Group is a growing, 525+ clinician multi-specialty group located about two hours east of San Francisco, California. 

A stable, physician-only practice in the area, providing exceptional anesthesia care to a wide spectrum of patients. The practice is comprised of 30+ highly trained, collegial, and close-knit group of partners. Our practice is comprised of a wide breadth and depth of surgical cases.
 

Position Details:

• All physician Anesthesia department (no CRNA’s)
• Salary: $628,937
• One year salary guarantee
• Sign-on bonus
• Shift based position, not production based
• Opportunities for extra shifts and compensation
• 196 total base shifts per year
• Broad case mix: Ortho (including total joint replacements and spine), General Surgery (including robotic and bariatric), GYN (including robotic hysterectomies), Urology (including robotic prostatectomies and robotic nephrectomies), Gastroenterology, ENT, Podiatry, Plastics, and Pain Management. Light OB service (~400 deliveries per year).
• Mostly adults, occasional healthy pediatrics
• Must be comfortable in fast-paced, collaborative, and service-oriented working environment committed to high quality care
• Equitable distribution of weekdays, weekends, and holiday calls
• Opportunities for extra shifts and compensation
• Collegial, skilled group of surgeons
• Department members: 30+
• Primary location: Sutter Tracy Community Hospital, 77-bed acute care hospital
• EHR: Epic
