The anesthesiologist will manage their own OR cases, perform pre-ops and blocks, and periodically supervise CRNAs or support other physicians. The workflow operates at a fast pace with a steady mix of adult surgical cases and occasional healthy pediatric patients. Case types span general surgery through complex subspecialties, along with GI, IR, and procedural work. Schedules vary and may include weekdays, weekends, evenings, and occasional nights depending on operational needs.
