Central Colorado facility
seeking a BC/BE General Anesthesiologist
--Join a collaborative team of 50+ employed anesthesiologists practicing across:
   - Level I Trauma Center
   - Level III Trauma Center
   - Outpatient Surgical Center
--Provide anesthesia services for a wide variety of cases, including: High-acuity trauma,  Obstetrics (OB),  Major spine procedures,  General surgery,  Vascular surgery,  Thoracic surgery,  Orthopedics,  ENT,  Gynecology,  Urology,  Gastrointestinal procedures
--Deliver high-quality, patient-centered anesthesia care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
--Participate in a manageable and equitable call rotation designed to support work-life balance
--Collaborate closely with surgeons, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams
--Maintain and expand procedural skills across diverse surgical specialties
--Engage in mentorship opportunities with experienced anesthesiologists
--Optionally participate in leadership and teaching opportunities (not required)
--Contribute to a culture of teamwork, mutual respect, and shared success
--Base Salary worth up to $469,000 – $520,000 annually
--$20,000 starting bonus
--Additional income opportunities through extra shift availability
--Relocation package may be available for qualified candidates
