About the Clinician's WorkdayThis position requires a credentialing process that takes about 60 days. The desired start date is as soon as possible. The work schedule is 3 days a week, 12 hours each day, from Monday to Sunday, with a guaranteed 36 hours per week. Full-time availability is needed. The role involves medical direction and requires call coverage, but the calls are from the hotel and not in-house. During the week, hospital shifts are in-house from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., with call from the hotel overnight from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. On surgery center days, in-house hours are from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. The schedule also includes weekend call from the hotel from 7 a.m. to 7 a.m., usually with work hours from 7 a.m. to around 3 p.m. even on weekends.
