Are you a board-certified anesthesiologist with pediatric fellowship training or strong pediatric experience who's ready to lead with confidence, communication, and emotional intelligence? In this key role, you'll serve as a highly visible facility medical director, collaborating directly with hospital executives and influential surgical leaders. You will oversee and manage clinical operations, guide the development and implementation of high-quality clinical programs, and cultivate strong, trusted relationships across your practice team.

Opportunity Highlights

• Total compensation package of $636,667 to $686,667 
• 10 weeks of vacation
• Dedicated administrative time to focus on strategy, quality initiatives, and team development 
• Fellowship training in pediatrics or significant pediatric anesthesia experience required
• On-call responsibilities involve backup pager from home; post-call days off
• Work in an educational training environment, including CRNA and AA program partnerships
