seeking a Locum Cardiac Anesthesiologist
--Mon-Fri 7:00-5:00
--Weekend Call 24 hours Friday through Sunday Weekends are MD only. Some weekday call
--Coverage needed:
- one week of coverage 7/20-7/24
- either the 7/18-19 OR 7/25-26 weekend call
--Cardiac Cases are done both solo and with care team, but weekend work is MD only.
--Types of Cases: Cardiac: CABG, Valve Replacement, aortic surgery, Advanced EP ablations, Watchman. Must be TEE Capable Gen. Surgery, Ortho, Gi, Robotics, OB (C-Sections required, epidural skills helpful but NOT Required) Radiology, Endo, Eyes, Plastics, ENT, Neuro. No Trauma
--Majority Case Type: Cardiac, General Surgery, Ortho, GI, Robotics
--Average Monthly Case: 25-30 cases requiring cardiac anesthesia with TEE examination
--Required Procedures: a-line, CVC, PAC, Regional anesthesia
--Care Team Model: 26 CRNA; 12 MD
--Required: Board Certification, TEE Certification, FL license and DEA, Cardiac fellowship, ACLS, BLS, PALS, clean background
