- Private, independent group
- 40 days of PTO
- Medical insurance, 401(k), and profit sharing
- A day in the OR is typically 7 am - 5 pm
- Physician's schedules are on a rotation and include night and weekend coverage
- Cover labor and delivery, OR, endo, pediatrics, and anesthesia during radiology (if needed)
- Majority of the physicians rotate through various cases/areas and serve as general anesthesiologists
