Job Details

• Seeking CRNAs to provide ongoing locums coverage at multispecialty facility in Indiana starting September 2025.
• Schedule Requirements:
  • At least 3 weeknights per month (opportunity for more shifts will increase in future)
  • Call shifts 330p-730a
    • Primary call - IN HOUSE
    • Secondary call - 30 mins
  • Day shifts 730a-330p
• EMR: Medaxion
• 4MDs and 6CRNAs scheduled every day
  • 1 provider on post-call day off from first call - 9 providers working per day
  • 7 providers at main hospital with 2 providers in late room and 2 in ASC
  • Supervision: None, MDs onsite
• 8 ORs
• Procedures Required:
  • High-acuity cases - mostly general,endo,ortho, urology, high-risk OB (includingVBACs),GYN, cancer, liver
    • Endo is mainly at the ASC (close to 2100 cases per year)
  • Some vascular, ENT, Radiology with Anesthesia, Cosmetics, Podiatry, Pulmonary, very light Cardiac lungs and major vascular
  • Blocks: bread & butter blocks, interscalene, supreclavicular, axillary, adductor popliteal & TAPS
  • Must be proficient in spinals, blocks, and epidurals
• Credentialingtimeline: ~60-90 days
  • Temps/emergency privileges - AVAILABLE with clear background/malpractice history and an active, unrestricted license

Required Qualifications

• Board Certified CRNA - REQUIRED
• IN Active license - REQUIRED
• ACLS (must be AHA certified) - REQUIRED
• 350 caselogs in past 12 months - REQUIRED
• MD reference - REQUIRED
• Provider must enroll in INPCF - REQUIRED
• Caselogs of epidurals, spinals, blocks - REQUIRED
