- $550,000 Guaranteed Salary

- 2 Operating Rooms, 2 Procedure Rooms, 1 Scope Room
- OB, GYN, ORTHO, GS, URO, ENT, CARD, NEURO
- Approximately 8 Cases a Day
- EMR: Cerner
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiology
