The position is located within a network of community hospitals operating as one integrated health system. The facilities offer a diverse variety of surgical cases across multiple specialties. This arrangement provides clinicians with exposure to comprehensive anesthesia practice within a collaborative healthcare environment.

The facility is located near Annapolis, MD. This area offers diverse cultural experiences and recreational opportunities throughout the state. The area features historic sites, museums, parks, and entertainment venues that provide year-round activities. Spring conditions are particularly favorable for outdoor activities and local sporting events.

The anesthesiologist will provide comprehensive anesthesia services Monday through Friday, working 4-5 ten-hour shifts per week. Responsibilities include managing anesthesia care for general bread and butter cases, ENT procedures, ophthalmology surgeries, urology cases, and orthopedic procedures. The position requires board certification and prescriptive authority, with no call obligations. Medical direction and supervision of CRNAs will be required with 0% hands-on involvement expected.
