Anesthesiology Hospital Based job located in New Hampshire

Facility seeking a Locum Anesthesiologist 
--Monday-Friday; 7a-5p.  Flexible to work 4 days per week. Call can be optional, 6p-7a from hotel and should be within 20 mins of hospital.  
--Practice Setting: OR,  9 beds
--EMR EPIC
--Avg. Daily Census: 20-30 total per day
--Patient Age Group: adult
--General, ortho, urology, ENT (some peds), vascular, thoracic (no cardiac or intracranial neuro) 
--Reason for need:  Deployment of provider overseas .  
--MD will be supervising about 3 out of the 5 days a week. There are only CRNAs, no residents when supervising. 
--They run 9 ORs per day and total between 20-30 OR cases per day. 
--Required: BC Anesthesiology, NH license or IMLC, DEA, ACLS, BLS, 1 year minimum experience
--$350/hr.
