Provide Expert Anesthesia Care in a Level III Trauma Setting
As a Generalist Anesthesiologist, you will provide comprehensive anesthesia services in a fast-paced Level III Trauma Center. You will perform a wide range of cases, medically direct CRNAs and residents, and have opportunities for teaching and mentorship. This position offers a unique blend of clinical practice and leadership responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general anesthesia services for a wide range of surgical procedures, including trauma cases.
- Medically direct CRNAs and residents, ensuring high-quality patient care.
- Participate in teaching and mentorship programs.
- Manage the OR schedule, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research activities.
