A hospital is seeking an adult cardiac anesthesiologist for locum tenens coverage.

The facility is located in New York.

This Cardiac Anesthesiology MD position offers 10-hour shifts with dates and call schedule to be determined. The role involves approximately 80% hands-on coverage and 20% supervision, with overtime paid after 10 hours. Cases include procedures such as Watchman, TAVR, and TCAR. While the exact number of cases per day is yet to be confirmed, a post-call day off is provided but unpaid. The EMR system used is Cerner. TEE certification is required, and candidates who are cardiac fellowship trained are preferred. New graduates are welcome to apply, and the facility is open to accepting more than one provider.
