Partnership-Track Anesthesiologist Position in Upstate New York

Group Size: 7–8 FTE anesthesiologists

• Type: Permanent, 1099

• Partnership Track:

• 1 year to formal partnership

• Day 1 financial equality with partners

Compensation based on:

• Units generated

• Call participation

• Vacation taken

Vacation time:

• 8 weeks vacation

Call Structure:

• Call ratio: 1:8 for both 1st and 2nd call

• 1st Call (Weekdays):

• In-house from 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Post-call day off

• 2nd Call:

• Phone-only overnight

• Rarely called in

Clinical Requirements:

• Board Certified

• Must be comfortable with all cases except, open heart, neonatal, transplant

• No current pediatrics; healthy peds may be added in the future if ENT is recruited
