This locum tenens anesthesiologist position provides day shift coverage at an inpatient and operating room facility in New York, with a schedule of predominantly 10-hour shifts and some 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday. In-house call is required, with a call ratio of 3 to 4 twenty-four-hour calls per month. The clinician will operate under a Care Team Model at 50% hands-on involvement, delivering perioperative anesthesia care across trauma, orthopedic, OB, and general surgical cases; cardiac cases are excluded, and pediatric cases are limited to healthy patients. Board certification in Anesthesiology is required for all clinicians in this role.
