Anesthesiology Hospital Based job located in Pennsylvania

Facility seeking a BC/BE Anesthesiologist seeking a balanced and rewarding career in a collegial, team-oriented environment.
--Level I Trauma Center
--40% of your time doing your cases, 60% of your time medically directing CRNAs and Residents
--Teaching opportunities with regular rotations of residents and medical students.
--Robust EHR used in all areas, including the operating room (EPIC 10-Star health system, top 1% of EPIC Organizations)
--The Anesthesia Department manages the OR schedule, providing the necessary structure for a smooth, efficient workday
--All positions are clinical and OB coverage is minimal, approximately 700 deliveries per year
--4-6 Weeks of vacation time
--5 Personal days per year,  7 Holidays,  Generous CME 
--$25K Starting Bonus and $25K Retention Bonus after one year
--$15K Quality/Citizenship Bonus available yearly
