A community hospital is seeking an anesthesiologist for locum tenens coverage.
Northeastern Pennsylvania has beautiful outdoor treasures to explore. There might be no better hiking trail than the Falls Trail at Ricketts Glen State Park, while nearby State Game Lands 13 hides its many waterfalls!
This opportunity is for board-certified Anesthesiologists, with at least three years of experience preferred - particularly in a trauma center setting. The need is for additional coverage, and the schedule runs Monday through Friday with flexible options including 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts. There is no call required. Case types include a wide range: general, vascular, healthy and sick pediatrics (including neonates), OB and high-risk OB, trauma, orthopedic, neuro (heads and spine), thoracic, urology, GYN, ENT, endoscopy, ophthalmology, and plastics. The role is focused on medically directing CRNAs.
