The cardiac anesthesiologist will provide comprehensive anesthesia services during 5x8 shifts with participation in a 1:3 call rotation. The clinician will manage a diverse cardiac case mix including cardiac procedures, electrophysiology cases, thoracic surgery, and cardiology procedures throughout each assignment day. The position requires competent performance and interpretation of intraoperative transesophageal echocardiograms for straightforward cardiac cases. Board certification in anesthesiology is required for this locum tenens assignment.
