- ACLS and BLS needed
- Need fellowship training in cardiac or complex peds cases if the provider would like to do
- General, ortho, regional, neuro spine, CRNA supervision, complex vascular & ortho, thoracic
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
