Interventional Cardiology Locums Job in Kentucky | 24-Hour Call | Beginning Jan/Feb 2026 – Ongoing | Assignment # 112335

Coverage Details
-- 24-hour on-call shifts (7AM – 7AM)
-- 3–7 days per month
-- Weekend coverage required

Requirements
-- Board Certified
-- Active Kentucky License & DEA (IMLC considered if provider can cover 3–7 days/month)
-- ACLS

Required Procedures
-- Balloon Angioplasties
-- Coronary Angioplasty
-- Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI)
-- Heart Catheterization
-- Coronary Angiograms

General Cardiology Responsibilities
-- Respond to all cardiology calls for the hospital
-- General Cardiology consults as needed
-- Read EKGs, ECHOs, and Stress Tests (including nuclear stress)

Practice Details
-- Inpatient/EMTALA Call
-- No ambulatory work
-- Number of Interventional Cardiologists in Group: 2
-- Other Interventional Cardiologists present during locum coverage: Yes
-- Adult patient population
-- EMR: Epic Cupid
