A facility is seeking an interventional cardiologist for locum tenens coverage.

The facility is located in northern Maryland.

This position runs MondayFriday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a weekend call rotation from Friday to Monday. The locum can expect to perform 35 cardiac catheterizations per day, including STEMI cases, IABP placement, angioplasty, and stent placement.

• Case Load/PPD:  3-5 caths per day
• Support Staff:  3 MDs, cath lab and APP support
• Patient Population:  Adults
• Call Ratio/Schedule:  weekend call: Friday 8PM-Monday 8AM
