- 24 hour call coverage
- 25 patient encounters expected per shift with 3 admissions
- Inpatient coverage including STEMI procedures
- Phone consults averaging 2 per shift
- Ongoing coverage opportunity
- Rounding responsibilities included
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
