Interventional Cardiology Locums Job in Utah | 10/29/2025 - 01/04/2026 | Assignment #109285

Schedule/Availability Requirements:
--October 29 (7am) - November 3 (7am)
--December 26 (4pm) - January 5 (7am)
--Ongoing dates will begin January 2026

Shift Description: 24 hour call coverage, 7am-7am

Requirements:
--BLS (AHA)
--Board Certified
--Controlled Substance (CSR/CDS)
--DEA
--Licensed in Utah

Assignment Details:
--Module (learn lessons) – must be completed prior to virtual EMR training to attend the training.
--EMR Virtual training - Only able to attend if modules are completed before training. Virtual EMR training must be scheduled prior to the providers first day, to avoid the provider missing their first day. 
--Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days standard
--EMR: EPIC
--Support Staff: Echo Tech, RN
--Reason for Coverage: Provider shortage
