Interventional Cardiology Locums Job in Utah | Full Time | Beginning January 2026 | Assignment #109912 

Coverage Needed:
--January 2-12 (7a)
--January 26-February 9 (7a)
--February 23-March 9 (7a)
--March 23-April 1 (7a)
--Ongoing dates will be needed and are TBD as schedules are released

Shift description:
--24 hour STEMI call to include 8 gratis hours (7a-7a) and call shift could include clinic hours (Tuesday-Thursday)
--Average Callback: Weeknight 7.6 hours; Weekend: 0.83 hours

Details/Requirements:
--BLS, CSR  - Required for credentialing
--Board Certified Interventional Cardiology 
--Active DEA - Required for credentialing (site will consider a transferred DEA, however, must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment, not just for shifts worked.)
--Utah state license or IMLC (LOQ in hand at time of submission)
--Clean Malpractice/background - Highly preferred, candidates who present with a self inquiry NPDB report will be placed with higher priority over those that do not. 
--Required Procedures/Job Duties: Left and right heart caths, coronary angioplasty/stents, balloon pump/impella, transesophael Echo, pacemakers, Nuclear Med Stress Test  and TEE. 
--Call: STEMI 
--Looking for locum Interventional Cardiology coverage to help 24 hour STEMI call shifts which can include clinic hours Tues-Thurs. The site is looking to bring on 1 additional locum to help with coverage. 
--Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient
--EMR: EPIC
--Support Staff: Echo Tech, Lab Tech, RN, X-ray Tech, Nuclear Tech
--Credentialing: 60 days, but will allow emergency temp privileges!
