Details/Requirements:
--Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Full-time
--No nights, no hospital, no weekends
--Average 18-24 patients per day
--Another provider staffed 
--Needed ASAP - can grant emergency privileges
--Will consider Board Eligible or Board Certified
--Must be Illinois licensed
