Job Description
Hospital is seeking a permanent Heart Failure Cardiologist
- Practice Setting: Inpatient/Call/Outpatient/Clinic
- Call Ratio: 1:6
- Call Requirements: Night & Weekend call on rotating basis
- Average Number of Clinic Patients Per Day: 10
- Average Number of Inpatient Admissions Per Physician Per Day: 12-15
- One other cardiologist with 4 APC's in group
- Procedures Required: Electrocardiograms (EKGs)
- Patient Age Demographic: Adult/Geriatric
- EMR: EPIC
- Provider must be Ventricular Assist Device (VAD) Certified
- Required: AHF Fellowship - LVAD experience, Self-Query NPDB report
