A large multi-specialty hospital is seeking a cardiologist for locum tenens coverage.
The facility is located in California.
This position primarily involves outpatient coverage with some inpatient rounding, managing 10-15 patients per day with 30-40 minute consultations. Responsibilities include interpreting ECHOs, EKGs, nuclear studies, and stress tests. The provider will work alongside two PAs, with support from MAs and techs. There are no call, weekend, cath lab, or cardiac surgery responsibilities.
Dates Needed: 1-2 weeks per month
