- $12k for relocation assistance; sign-on bonus provided
- Provide support to 50+ cardiologists for complex heart patients
- Open to current fellows and experienced providers
- Manage complex heart cases and transplant cases pre- and post-op
- Must have completed a heart failure and transplant fellowship
- Daytime Monday through Friday work schedule
- Must be board certified or board eligible
